The Wauchope Art Gallery is run and facilitated by the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce. The Wauchope Art Gallery showcases the work of local artists with varying exhibitions each month.
The airy and light showroom offers a fabulous backdrop to revolving exhibitions and is right in the Wauchope city centre, surrounded by a boutique shopping experience and fabulous cafes.

I Know Catherine

The “I Know Catherine” exhibition evolved from one of the Wauchope Art Gallery’s volunteers, Catherine, who actively supports the Gallery and the idea of having somewhere that encourages local artists to exhibit their work.
When Catherine thought about how many of her friends and relatives are creative, she thought that it would be lovely to invite them to contribute to an exhibition in the gallery.
The idea of calling it “I know Catherine” came from inviting friends and family who know Catherine – simple and says it all.
This exhibition will show a diversity of work of 19 artists making it appeal to a broad audience.

Mid North Coast Fibre Artists Network presents Teeny Tiny
An exhibition of tiny exquisite and unique fibre arts. The Fibre Artists Network (FAN) meets monthly at Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery and has been exhibiting for over 20 years. Individual artists interpret a common theme using a wide variety of fibre arts techniques and styles.

Pocket Floss

Pocket Floss is the brainchild of Emma Frost, a local artist and illustrator who has exhibited in the area for a number of years.
Emma has invited ten of her artistic friends to exhibit in this group show. The ten other aspiring artists are all diversely talented and extremely passionate about their art practices. All have authentic, unique and refreshing styles from quaint and quirky, to thought provoking and fiercely expressive.
This exciting new exhibition covers many styles including 2D works on paper, illustration, painting and digital rendering, sculptural pieces and even furniture!
If you are looking to experience something new, be engaged and amused, head to Wauchope for the open night and meet the artists on Friday 17th May between 6-8pm. It promises to be a thing!!
