Small Business Luncheon in Bain Park

Thank you to all that joined us on the day!
The Small Business Luncheon in Bain Park brought together 90 local business and community group members to hear from Guest Speaker Spend with Us Co Founder Jenn Donovan.

Set under the bigtop marquee in the beautiful Bain Park, attendees listened to the Spend with Us story and considered the power of working together in the face of adversity.

The Wauchope Chamber also shared the new campaign coming online soon; Hastings Made & Grown. This initiative aims to highlight local makers and growers and make it easier to find and support local.

Guest Speaker:

Our fabulous Guest Speaker is Jenn Donovan, Spend With Us.
Spend With Us – Buy From a Bush Business Marketplace is an online shopping marketplace and directory for rural and regional small businesses of Australia who have been impacted by bushfire, drought, and coronavirus. Spend With Us supports rural businesses that find it hard to compete due to location, size, technology, and other adversities.
Their mission is to change the way Australian’s support families and communities, who have suffered adversity and, in turn, positively impact those people’s well-being and livelihoods.

What was on the MENU?

Our local caterer, Caroline’s Catering served an alternate drop of Pork Loin with orange relish, baby spinach and feta and a Turkey, cranberry & macadamia salad.

Upon arrival attendees took up a non alcoholic fruit spritzer to get started and then mixed and mingled to the music of local musician Charlotte Schrader. Bago Wines served their local wine.

Big thanks to our AV supplier InPhase Productions and Raise the roof Marquees for helping us bring it all together. Photos and video by Chris from Meraki Photography! (More pics on Facebook here)
