ABOUT THE BALL
The inaugural Hastings + Hinterland Town & Country Ball is a community event raising funds for flood-affected farmers and primary producers across the Port Macquarie-Hastings region.
As we all know, the past five or so years and have tough…really tough.
Held at the Wauchope Showground, this one-night-only event is designed to bring locals, businesses and producers together in celebration, support and true country spirit.
With support from our major sponsors, NAB, Andrew Miedecke Ford, WIN Network and the Hastings Hotel along with the support of Michael Kemp MP and hosted by Dr Kristy Kostalas as MC, this will be a night to remember — full of connection, generosity, and regional pride.

WHY IT MATTERS
Our farmers have faced years of adversity — from fires and drought to repeated flooding. Yet they keep going, keeping our shelves stocked, our economy strong, and our communities fed.
Funds raised on the night will go directly into a locally managed Relief Fund with the Wauchope Chamber, offering micro-grants of up to $5,000 to primary producers across the region.
Applications will open after the event, with full financial oversight to ensure transparency and impact.
This is not just a fundraiser. It’s a stand for our community.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Your $150 ticket includes a full sit-down meal, a beautifully styled grazing table, two drinks, and a night packed with live music, line dancing, raffles, a charity auction, games, and great company.
All of it wrapped in a country-style atmosphere — made possible by volunteers, local businesses, and supporters.
It’s a night to dress up, dust off the boots and have a great night out without the kids.
