Wauchope Creative Hub ARTWALK Satelite Event, Sat 11th June 10am

Wauchope Creative Hub teams up with ArtWalk on Saturday 11th June for a Satellite ARTWALK Event.
Pop in and join in the creative action: demonstrations of painting, spinning, crochet and more plus live music and a coffee + donut van.

Over 25 local artisans under one roof!

ART IN THE PARK, Sun 12 June 10am,-2pm

As part of the Creative Wauchope Festival we are holding a little ‘do’ in Bain Park Wauchope on Sunday 12th June 2022 in Bain Park from 10am to 2pm.

There will be a community mural project led by local Artist Jo Davidson, where everyone can take part in bringing the mural to life. Come down and enjoy a casual day in the park with live music, stalls, demos and creative workshops.

Salon des Refuses, Wauchope Art Gallery Exhibition

The June Exhibition at the Wauchope Art Gallery celebrates refused artworks that have been rejected from a Public Exhibition in the last five years.

COLLAGE WORKSHOP @ ART IN THE PARK

Sun 12 June 10am-11.30am

Create a series of beautiful collages using this fun, easy technique in this FREE Creative Workshop led by local Artist Vivianne Hazenveld. Inspired by the amazing Henri Matisse, we create various shapes and forms using our own painted papers. Learn some simple colour and composition techniques to tie it all together.

The workshop will be held at ART IN THE PARK, Bain Park Wauchope, 10am Sun 12 June, and is an activation of the 2022 Creative Wauchope Festival and is supported with Bushfire Recovery Funding from the State and Commonwealth Government.Limited Tickets – BOOK HERE

MOBILE WORKSHOP @ ART IN THE PARK

Sun 12 June, 12pm – 1.30pm

Create a simple mobile in this Mixed Media Mobile Workshop with local Artist Vivianne Hazenveld. This creative project allows for a great deal of personalisation and self-expression which fosters feelings of empowerment and individuality. Envelopes will be provided for those wishing to mail their artwork to loved ones.
