The motorcycle friendly town of Wauchope proudly hosted the Ulysses Club AGM Event in 2017.
More than 2,500 Ulysses Club members rode into town on 21 May 2017 for their week-long social rally and Annual General Meeting. Every year, the Ulysses Club (a national club for motorcycle enthusiasts aged 40+) holds their AGM in various parts of Australia. The local Port Macquarie-Mid North Coast Branch of Ulysses secured the event for Wauchope in 2017, with the support of Port Macquarie Hastings Council.
The event anticipated more than $3.3 million in tourism investment to the region, as riders enjoyed meals, supplies, and other goods and services. Ulysses members love to shop, dine out, and visit local attractions!
The Wauchope Showground was ‘event central’ with camping, exhibitors and social events.
