SUMMARY:Patchwork Treasures Exhibition - Wauchope Art Gallery
DESCRIPTION:After a disappointing cancellation of the Wauchope Patchwork Quilters Quilt Show in 2021 due to COVID\, the Quilters are back with a new format! \nInstead of in just one location as it had been in the past\, the quilts will be displayed outside shops and in a number of venues: halls\, churches\, Wauchope Art Gallery\, the Department Store\, to name a few. Wauchope Patchwork Quilters see this as a chance to showcase\, not just their quilts but the town of Wauchope. \nTickets ($10) are available to be purchased at 3 locations: \n> Outside the Department Store in High Street \n> Outside the Wauchope Art Gallery in Cameron Street \n> In Bain Park off High Street \nFor your $10 entry fee you will receive a purple wrist band\, which will give you access to all six display venues over the three days. You will also receive a “goodies” bag where you will find a map showing the locations of the display venues\, cafes\, public toilets. parking etc\, a copy of ‘Discover’ magazine\, a discount voucher for use in the Department Store\, a free ticket in the mega raffle ($5)\, an entry form for the free guessing competition to be run in the Creative Hub and an entry wrist band. \nPlease come down to the Wauchope Art Gallery to view the Wauchope Patchwork Quilters “Patchwork Treasures” Exhibition! \nPatchwork Treasures” Exhibition will be at the Wauchope Art Gallery from 7 September 2022 until 10 September 2022.
